"Crit Ecologies: Artist, Community, Criticality" at HVMOCA in Peekskill NY showcases the myriad of talented artist that participate across the country. This exhibit was curated by Patricia Miranda, founder of MAPSace and The Crit Lab and Dr. Livia Straus, President/ Co-founder of Hudson Valley MOCA. I am very excited to announce that my work "Call & Response" has been recognized by a panel of peers and awarded a NYSCA/NYFA Artist Fellowship Grant in Printmaking / Drawing / Book Arts.
I am deeply honored and grateful for this acknowledgement.
I am very pleased to announce this series is now included in the White Columns Artist Registry. This project developed during a period of temporary hearing loss and are site responsive drawings to the sounds that can be heard gardens. You can view it HERE
